DELIVERY AND RETURNS
All orders will be packaged and posted from Surrey, UK via Royal Mail.
Postage costs may vary depending on the size of your purchase.
All UK orders over £20 qualify for free delivery within 1 - 3 working days*
All international orders over £50 qualify for free delivery within 7 - 14 days*
Orders will be shipped via standard 1st class through Royal Mail Monday - Saturday.
Ludicrous Prints endeavour to post your items out within 24 hours of purchase via Royal Mail 2nd class.
If you wish to purchase Royal Mail 1st class or tracked/ signed for, please select the option you would like.
* Delivery times may vary and cannot be guaranteed. Please note, the Royal Mail is slightly slower than normal at the moment due to the current pandemic.
Trade/ Wholesale orders delivered to mainland UK and Northern Ireland under £100 will be subject to a £6.95 shipping charge. All orders over £100 will include free shipping.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Here at Ludicrous Prints we hope that you love all of the items you purchased however on some occasions you may not be 100% happy with your order, we are here to help.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods with any concerns you may have.
If you decide you no longer want an item you have purchased, we will happily refund you for any items that are returned to us within 14 days of delivery. If the item(s) are still in brand new condition (as they have been posted out to you) then a refund can be made. Please note that any shipping costs for returning items are not refundable, and neither are shipping costs incurred by me when sending the item (if applicable).
We recommend that you return your goods in appropriate packaging and use a tracked or signed for delivery method to obtain proof of postage. Please include the original packaging where possible and include a 'sender' name and address for our reference.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
If an item you have received is damaged, or somehow in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us attaching a photo of the damage. Any damaged goods supplied by Ludicrous Prints will be replaced or refunded.
If your item does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of dispatch.
It is you, the buyers responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address is provided at time of purchase. Items cannot be posted again if the item is delivered to the wrong place due to the customers account information being incorrect.
Ludicrous Prints do not accept exchanges however please contact us if you are unhappy with your items.
